Common questions
What's included in the Re-Tape Kit?
Each delivery includes one roll of double-sided extension tape, tape remover solution, alcohol wipe sachets for prep, and a re-tape instruction card. Everything you need to do a full re-tape at home.
How does the Extension Refresh monthly plan work?
You pay $25 per month. After 9 monthly payments ($225 total) a brand-new set of extensions ships to your door. Then your next 9-month cycle begins automatically. You can update your shade preference before each delivery.
Can I skip or pause a delivery?
Yes — log in to your account, go to Subscriptions, and choose Skip or Pause. You can do this up to 2 days before your next scheduled charge.
Can I cancel?
Cancel anytime with no penalty. Log in to your account and select Cancel Subscription, or email us at hello@queenenvyhair.com.au.
What if I want to change my shade?
Update your shade preference anytime from your account. Changes apply before the next delivery in your cycle.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No lock-in. You can cancel after any monthly payment. For the Refresh plan, if you cancel before 9 months, no new set will be dispatched — you keep everything already received.
